Greta was absolutely brilliant with our cat, Prince. She took the time to make him feel safe, handled him with such care, clipped his very sharp nails and got all the matted fur out without causing any stress. A truly compassionate groomer! we would highly recommend Greta

From initial contact to the actual groom of my very difficult cat Greta has been amazing. She answered all my questions and communication was excellent. I was doubtful that it would be possible to groom my cat (who had developed some matts on his tummy and various other areas) conscious but Greta did such a good job. She kept calm and didn't give up despite my cats constant protesting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, she is kind, patient and understands cats so well making sure they get a little break every so often if they are stressed. Thank you Greta and we'll see you again soon for the next round.

Greta did an amazing job in grooming my long haired Maine coon cat Luna, who was struggling with severe matts in her coat. She was given a clean lion cut and a bath. Both the house and Luna were left squeaky clean after the grooming session. We had a very positive experience. Highly recommend Mittens grooming.

I had my elderly cat Maud (17) groomed by Greta. Maud has only ever been groomed by us, but had developed a couple of knots, and as we didn't want to hurt her or stress her out too much, we decided to get her groomed professionally. Apart from Maud voicing her opinion a couple of times, she took it very well. Greta was gentle and calming. Very happy with the result. Will use her services again.
